4. Appointment Booking and Payment Policies

  • Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, via phone, or directly with the clinical team.

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. Payments are processed through Stripe, Afterpay, or Clearpay, allowing for payment plans.

  • Pre-Payment Requirement: All appointments require full payment to confirm your booking. Payment must be received within 24 hours of booking; otherwise, the appointment will be offered to another client.

  • Insurance: We work with several insurance providers. It is the patient’s responsibility to confirm coverage and obtain prior authorization from their insurer. Any costs not covered by insurance must be paid directly by the patient.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for missed or cancelled appointments.

  • Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge of at least 50% of the appointment fee.
