    IV infusions—ketamine is administered over approximately 60 minutes. You’ll be comfortably seated, with our team monitoring your progress throughout.

    Nasal spray (Spravato)—nasal spray is self-administered under supervision, with monitoring for approximately two hours post-administration.

    Sensory experience—patients often experience altered perceptions, lightness, or introspective states. You are encouraged to relax and let the session unfold naturally, with our team present to support you.

  • Post-treatment care

    Recovery time—post-treatment, you’ll have time to relax and recover in a quiet space. The effects typically subside within 30-60 minutes after the session ends.
